The Colorado concentrate industry is in serious jeopardy, HB1317 was introduced and if passed will destroy the Colorado concentrate industry as we know it. This bill changes purchasing limits for medical patients to a maximum of 8g of concentrate, enacts initiatives around potency caps for all concentrates and requires every gram of concentrate to be packaged in 1/10th of a gram increments which is not only extremely wasteful but will cause packaging and consumer costs to skyrocket! This bill is being heard tomorrow, 5.18.21, at the State capitol and We need all Colorado cannabis patients, customers and businesses support to eliminate this bill!
